Beverley Jacques is the Executive Director and co-founder of DOD Basketball, a pioneering organization dedicated to youth development, community empowerment, and excellence through sport. With a deep commitment to social impact and equity, Beverley has helped shape DOD into one of Quebec’s leading grassroots basketball programs, providing year-round training, mentorship, and opportunities for aspiring athletes of all backgrounds.
Under his leadership, DOD has launched impactful initiatives such as the Nike Basketball Camp Montreal—the first of its kind in Quebec—and continues to collaborate with schools, city officials, and local partners to expand access to high-quality athletic and life skills programs.
Beverley brings over a decade of experience in community outreach, youth program development, and leadership in the nonprofit and sports sectors. He is recognized for his ability to connect with youth, inspire positive change, and create structured programs that blend discipline, education, and athletic performance.
